Golden Rule Insurance and United Healthcare no longer provide paper rates, prices or monthly costs to the insurance agent or the public.

We are able to give you monthly rates by using rating software in our office. United HealthOne has many options of what they can do to their rates and prices.

Based on you and your families health conditions, your monthly rates can be increased, or they can remove coverage for health conditions, or they can do both - raise your rates and remove coverage for certain health conditions. They can also refuse to insure you and your family.

We can prescreen your application with the health plan underwriter and get an idea of what the prices may be.
